Send personalized emails to one person or a whole list
Save an email you send often as a template, with a field wherever a name, a date or a time changes. Next time, fill in the fields and send it to one person, or pick a CSV file and send one email per row. Each one goes out from your own Gmail address.
Google asks you to let SendSuite send email as you. It can’t read your inbox.
Try the appointment reminder
This is one of the ready-made templates. Type in the pink fields or pick a row from the spreadsheet, and the email changes. It is rendered by the same code that sends real mail, and nothing you type here leaves your browser.

How it works
SendSuite has three parts, and each one has its own color in the app: violet for templates, tangerine for sending and teal for activity.
- Templates
Write a template
Type the email the way you always write it, and add a field wherever a detail changes. A field can be text, an email address, a date, a time or a choice from a list, and dates come out in the format you choose.
- Send
Send it to one person or a whole list
Fill in the fields and send to one person or a few at once. For a longer list, pick a CSV file. SendSuite matches its columns to your fields and lets you check any row’s email, then sends one email per row while you watch the progress.
- Activity
See what went out
Activity shows how many emails went out each day, which template sent them and whether any failed. It never records who you wrote to or what the email said.
Send from the tab you’re working in
The SendSuite extension opens in Chrome’s side panel, next to whatever page you have open. Pick a template, fill in the fields and send it without leaving the page.
Free, and sent from your own Gmail
SendSuite is completely free. Its only Gmail permission is to send email as you, so it can’t read your inbox, and it doesn’t keep the addresses you send to or what your emails say. You can send up to 500 emails in any 24 hours, and a CSV file can have up to 1,000 rows.
